In the early February update of Deverse World Christmas Season, a thrilling new PvP-focused game mode is introduced. In this mode, two players are dropped into a sprawling maze where The Core lies dormant at a random location. The maze is riddled with hidden contraptions and cannons, strategically placed to guard the path to The Core.
The primary objective is to be the first player to locate and destroy The Core, securing victory. Meanwhile, the secondary objective adds an intense PvP twist: players compete to see who can eliminate their opponent more times during the match, adding an extra layer of strategy and excitement to the gameplay.

Deverse World introduces the Christmas Crates collection on Immutable zkEVM as part of the Christmas Season Launch (2nd Closed Beta Test).
Christmas Crates may contain items from any of the 4 collections below:
provide both holiday aesthetics to your base; and
act a layer of defense to protect important assets.
provide a joyful holiday aesthetics to players in Raid mission
reduce energy regeneration time greatly when the element matches with the isle biome
Increase health greatly when the element matches with the isle biome; and
Provide double the bonus for elemental synthesis series when matching with both biomes of the isle.
The Elemental Weapons and Characters will be especially useful in Phase 2. If you're participating in the tournament with the Christmas NFTs, you'll get a bonus gift!

Timeline: February 19 ~ March 1, 2025
Up to 5 tournaments will be held across different Deverse World partner communities in the form of up to 2 game nights. There are 7 matches in a tournament, each match format features 2 players in the Core Destroyer mode.
The 40 earliest registering players will be selected for 1 of the 5 Core Destroyer Tournaments (1 tournament will have 8 players). Deverse World team will contact you by email to announce your participation, when and where you can join the tournament game night. (FCFS)
Prize pool: $3000 (in USDC) + 160 Jungle Isle NFTs in total for 5 tournaments
Individual Tournament prize pool (5 tournaments in total):
Winner's prize pool (among 8 players): $450 + 22 Jungle Isle NFTs
Viewer prize pool: 8 Jungle Isle NFTs
Content creation pool: $150
8 ticketed players will be selected for each tournament consisting of up to 2 game nights:
Quarter-finals: 4 matches in total. 4 players move on the next rounds.
Semi-finals: 2 matches in total, 2 winners will proceed to the Final round
Finals: 1 final match to determine the winner.
During the tournament, contestants join the partner community Discord server and play the Core Destroyer mode together.
Contestants are REQUIRED to screen-share on the Discord channel.
There will be 40 players selected for 5 tournaments in total
Destroy the Core first to win the match:
1st Place: $250 + 4 Jungle Isle NFT
2nd Place: $60 + 3 Jungle Isle NFT
3rd - 4th Place: $30 + 2 Jungle Isle NFT
5th - 8th Place: $20 + 1 Jungle Isle NFT
Side objective:
Have more kills than the other player
Prize: 1 Jungle Isle NFTs (total 7 matches to count)
In the case of time running out and no one has destroyed the Core, we will count kill scores to find out the winner of the match!
Prize for viewers of each game night:
Up to 8 winners by raffle, each to receive 1 Jungle Isle NFT
Content creators may post about the tournament on X (Twitter) i.e. video highlights of the tournament held, gameplay review of the tournament, own experience participating in the tournament, etc. Ensure @DeverseWorld is tagged in the post.

If number of players exceed 8 and should your registration for that tournament comes late, we could put you in Reserve Players Pool so that you may get to play if any other players suddenly get busy or have technical issues.
All prizes will be distributed earliest 1 week after that tournament or latest by mid March on Beam chain!
